When originally signed up I was told that I could download the app and enjoy all of the benefits provided. I would love to enjoy such benefits, but app keep closing as soon as I put my email address in. It seems as though the majority of the consumers in here having the same issues. Please fix ASAP, otherwise will cancel EVERYTHING
This app sucks. It won't take my membership number and when I enter it it says the app has stopped. PLEASE FIX!!
Crashes every time I try to open it. I have not had "access to savings" once since I installed it in December '16.
Requested a Chat for help, I was told I was 1st in line and my wait time would be 1 minute... waited for 4 minutes before giving up. I uninstalled the app....
Seriously, spend less money on college football and more to develop an app that works.
Still broken I've had this app for a least 2 years now and it continues to be my least-reliable app. I don't know how they can call it "access to savings" when the savings are inaccessible. Please hire new developers! Your current developers clearly don't know how to scale an API or manage the user experience properly.
