In 3 simple steps, you can have immediate access to your account. However to perform banking transactions on this app, you will be required to use your authentication token issued by Access Bank. In the event you do not have an authentication token, please visit any Access Bank branch to obtain a transaction PIN.

Ratings and reviews

This app is not working! I contacted the Nigeria CS, they said it's fine from their side, they told me to uninstall and reinstall that it's my network (It didn't work). I emailed the CS too, they did not reply message. This app Is a big mistake and I can never recommend it to anyone until they change it. It's been over two months and I can't access it. Would have rate it 0 if there was the option👎.

The new upgrade is horrid!!!!! I can't log in with my fingerprint anymore even though I could with the previous version. Sometimes, it decides not to work properly and on top of that, the interphase is not as cute as the former one. This might seem trivial, but the little things matter, cause they enhance comfort!!!! Which is what I'm clearly not getting.

The previous versions were way better, didn't require extra "loading" after signing in, even when it "loads" you still have access to the options, so you can make your transfer immediately you open the app, but the current version keeps "loading" forever, without access to the options, you have to wait till it done. That for me is the ONLY reason I'm holding 3 STARS. Pls work on it. Thanks
