Access Bank has the most useless mobile app I've ever used. Even to login to the app is an issue, it'll always say "an error has occured, please try again later". You'll have to keep trying and trying up to 20 times to login. I have to keep backup accounts in other banks like opay because I know how many times I've been stranded while trying to make a payment simply because this mobile app chose not to work. Sometimes it'll open and tell me I have no account with the bank whereas I have 3 acunts

Not once have I ever had a successful transaction on this app ever since installation. I repeat "NOT ONCE" and I'm not exaggerating. Always saying "Error" "Report this issue". Today I decided to update, perhaps that could solve the problem, only to be told after updating that "I have no record that I should input my password, meanwhile I've always used biometrics. Of course I have forgotten my password, I had to use the "forgot password" and followed the prompt, Yet nothing It's so annoying!

i suddenly can't find open my app. After a while it opens and shows me a balance of #0.00 which isn't right, then llogs my out again and refuses to open. keeps saying internal error. Right now, I cannot see the app on my phone app list anymore, like without uninstalling, freezing or moving it anywhere. I tried using my debit card for payment, I get a text debit alert and my payment was not processed.
