QuickBucks has stopped working since last week, each time one tries to launch the app, it bounces back immediately. Close App and App info are the only options on display. Very frustrating to be factual. I don't think Access bank management is checking reviews of their activities. Your quickbucks app has stopped working for months yet, no improvement nor even a word from your end. Truly, you have already made more than enough customers.

I forgot my password, and OTP needs to be sent to the phone number linked to my BVN before I can reset it. But no OTP is being sent despite my number is correct and linked to my BVN. Kindly work on this issue. I have been experiencing this issue for more than two weeks now.

I mistakenly keyed in the wrong password and the app was deactivated. I have written several letters and visited several access bank branches to rectify the issue, yet no success. It's been months now I can't still gain access to the app. I think access bank is just trying to lock me out so I can't liquidate my loan in order to accumulate the interest over time. I am so disappointed with this app and in total access bank.
