Downloaded the app. Most of the options the website says are available on the app are not there. Documents are half blacked out. Verification's are nonexistent. Figured I'd try the mobile app because the website is not user friendly. Of course this was after being on hold for almost an hour trying to reach a rep. Was disconnected 3 times. Told they couldn't call me back if I got disconnected again. Called back & had to give all the same information to the next person. Told me I didn't send in documentation, which I did but the website didn't show. Sent it in again with no response. Oh wait I did get a response. That would be a bill increasing the premium by $500 a month because they removed the tax credit because I didn't send in the documentation. Thus trying yet another method of communication, the mobile app. Basically Access Health makes it nearly impossible to cooperate with them. After having worked in the insurance industry for 30 years I can honestly say this is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Unfortunately you have no recourse. You're at the mercy of a system that penalizes you for not doing as they ask, yet they are not held to any standard. NOT FAIR!

The app is just as bad as Obamacare Obamacare is a fraud.
Truly Awful. This app is truly awful and a complete waste of time. You are better off calling the AHCT staff and using a broker. The staff are extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Whoever hires them should be given a raise.
Does not work. Could not even sign in to my existing account on the website.
