I topped up in the UK with no problem but now I'm on holiday in the US login in with the same details and it says it's incorrect. I desperately need to add funsds. I tried the webpage and resetting the password but it never sent the reset email. I emailed customer service and they say I must call which will cost me a fortune for an error in their system.

I have successfully signed in to my account many times via the website (in fact I just did just prior to installing this app). Thought I'd try to make my life a lil easier so I decided to get the app. Hmph.... I can't sign in now, I get the error msg "Login Error -- Sorry, the card details are not supported -- Please try again". I tried again, 3 x's but same outcome. So I'm now in the process of uninstalling this app. 🫤

Spent hours on the phone, trying to find out why my card was being refused, despite plenty of funds, then being transferred to 3 people who all asked the same questions? and my card still didn't work!!! Extremely frustrating!
