The bugs mentioned in previous reviews seem to have been resolved. The apps speeds up my claim processing quite a bit. Otoh, the app could use some "user design thoughtfulness." For example, the date of service needs to be entered twice, even if there was only a single day. No option to easily copy over the start date. There are a few similar quibbles, that acclaris could _easily_ identify and resolve, if they convened a few user groups. In general, their user interfaces are sub-par, despite Acclaris' role. It's hard to understand why it can't be better.
Constant Server Error Can't even launch the app due to a perpetual state of server error. How is this the recommended platform for claim submission if it doesn't work?
Pathetic Beyond futile to use this app. And the website is even worse. Let's travel back to 1982 and submit our claims through fax, everybody!
Can't upload receipt Useless if I can make a claim, but then shuts down when trying to upload the receipt.
