Slow, down right infuriating to use. When I try to select a certain day for an appointment, no matter what, it'll say there aren't any. Then if you go back to a day that said it had appointments, it says there aren't any for that day. Close and reopen the app, and that day will have appointments again. Makes me genuinely so angry every time!

The app is extremely slow to load, it crashes all the time, and trying to connect to my video appointments is about as possible as reaching the next star system over: impossible. from a business standpoint you really need to fix this or else this is going to deter clients from wanting to connect with therapists which in turn is a problem for your organization because then you don't earn Revenue.

Some time in the last 3-6 months, the app started exhibiting two extremely frustrating bugs. First, logins aren't saved so I'm constantly re-logging in and creating my pin. Secondly, push notifications are broken, so I don't get notified by messages from my care advocate (might related to the first bug). This app used to work pretty well, now not so much
