Use Accomplish to schedule to-do’s and reminders.
Accomplish is a To-do list that takes task management one step further. Not only does it help you remember the tasks that you need to do, with a conventional and simplistic to-do list, but it also lets you graphically plan out your time, with a daily planner built in. Using Accomplish, you can drag tasks straight from your to-do list into a calendar-like “day view”. You can graphically plan out when you will get each of your tasks done.
We believe that planning out our time is key to getting more done.
We also believe that time-management (or schedule) apps should not waste your time. They should be fast and simple, so that you can spend your time actually doing things.
These two points capture the essence of Accomplish: plan, fast. Accomplish is a to-do list and time planner. It’s a tool for short-term time management. Accomplish isn’t built to let you schedule an event, share it with 4 friends who will comment on it and accept it, and make that event repeat twice a year on Wednesdays in August. No. for that you can use your calendar. Accomplish is here for small things. For planning out your time, your personal life, day by day. It's simple, and it's FAST.
Accomplish is made up of two parts:
1. The Accomplish To-do list
This is where you put all your tasks, so that you don’t forget them. The to-do list is placed in a panel that slides out from the right side of the app.
2. The Accomplish Day-view
This is where you plan out your time, day by day. It’s like the day view of a calendar, but much more intuitive. You can plan your time using the day-view in two ways – either by dragging tasks out of your to-do list and into the day view, or by creating tasks directly in the day view. Editing tasks in the day view is much easier than in most calendars – in Accomplish there are no “edit task” pages. What you see is what you get. To change a task’s time or make it longer or shorter, there is no need to navigate complex menus. You can simply drag the task up and down in the day view, and stretch it to change its length. Fast.
Here’s how we recommend that you use Accomplish:
• Whenever you remember something that you need to do – add it to the to-do list or put it straight in the day view
• Make a habit of planning out days in advance. For instance, we use accomplish every evening to plan out the next day. We look at the day view to see how much free time we have, and then look at the to-do list to see our tasks. We then decide which tasks we can get done tomorrow and drag them from the list into the day view, setting how much time each task will take and when we will start doing each task.
Accomplish’s features:
• The day-view syncs with Google Calendar
• Fast, graphic, gesture-based controls
• Many different task colors and app themes
• Powerful custom popup reminders
• *Experimental* recurring tasks
• Clean modern design
We hope Accomplish will help you get more done!

Love the concept. Makes it easy to colorfully organize your day and since it sets reminders you won't forget. However, a couple of times I would color code my day, leave the app, and when I came back into it the colors disappeared. After I updated my phone, it has not done it too me. So I can only assume this happened cause I wasn't on the latest version of Android's system. But in the end this app gets the job done that it was created to do. Gotta love it when that happens.

This app is simple and so elegant at the same time. The mechanic of the day planner and the to-do list make it very comfortable for everyday use. I highly recommend this app because it is unique in it's balance between a day organizer and a to-do list. As a procrastinator I can say this app really helped me organize my day in a fashion that other organizers did not manage. My only annoyance with the app is that I had to pay to get the other themes, but after seeing the themes I can say that they are nice.

Accomplish was designed for short-term time management. You'll notice that if you try any long term management. There are no nested tasks. Reminders cannot be typed by hand. There is no export to your existing (business) calendar. There is no desktop companion app. Accomplish is really your digital todo today book. Don't need more? It's got a very fresh and intuitive design. Try it. Do you need anything more? Then this app was probably not designed for you.

Finally! This app is just what I've been looking for. It bridges that gap of knowing what you have to do, and actually doing it. I've always used those to-do apps, but what I wind up with is a long list that I just stare at. This actually helps me plan my day. I would love to see a voice input option to make it easier and quicker to enter to-dos on the go. I would also like to be able to sync across devices. Otherwise it's great!

Great App. A few recommendations. Loved the app. Exactly what I needed, but a few essential improvements will what will make it eligible to replace others forms of scheduling completely - 1. Option to automatically delay every task once the first task is delayed. 2. Different color for alternate task (or border at least). 3. Weekly review charts etc. I know it won't be possible to incorporate everything, but just a suggestion.

Crisp, honest, effective, and wonderful. Thank you for it! There are some bugs, however: if removing a task that repeats, the app crashes. Requests in future versions: 1. Optional full screen to do list. I usually store and have my tasks organized in a particular fashion. 2. Adjustable scrolling speed for to do list? 3. Ability to check off repeating tasks. I'll cheerfully be a beta tester for this app.

Beautiful but, sadly, not very useful right now I'd love to use Accomplish. It's a gorgeous app and I love the UI. Unfortunately, it doesn't do what I really need and that's have a widget for the unscheduled tasks. Otherwise, I'd forget them, haha. That wouldn't be much help. Do appreciate your updates though. I see those repeated tasks and they're amazing. Thanks for that. Just waiting for this widget option and I'll start using Accomplish everyday.
Great app! Have used many similar ones Resizing a task is a bit weird when you get to smaller sizes. If you have to have the task selected to resize it, you might as well use the whole screen. So slide down from anywhere on the screen to resize, and tap to unselect. Also selecting animations should be heaps shorter and faster. :) ps: it says colors are $1, then when you get to payment it's $1.40
Almost there! After taking the time to completely schedule my upcoming days, I feel purposeful in what I do. Small changes needed! Would be nice to be able to add basic notes to tasks so I can see the details of each task, nothing fancy. Also, events in my Google Cal should only sync to the Accomplished calendar space, not the Task List space. Everything from my Google Cal randomly went to both spaces and had to delete a lot of irrelevant items (like "traveling" and "Exercising") out of the Task List, which took awhile.
Idea's there.. But not completed You should adding more feature for this apps. Please adding a feature like 7 weeks apps does. Ex: Remainder withet sound etc. But, I can't agree more that your widget is the best UI I ever see for this type of apps. Simple & Elegent. Keep up a good works. But, at this moment.. I'm not using your apps bcause this is not completed. Haha. Try adding more feature. Then, only I install it. 😎
Great app The app is great, it does exactly what I wanted. Which is a todo list with some meat on its bones. The best feature is the fact I can give an item in my todo list a time in my calendar. It has a few bugs still, so I'll give it a 4 for now but will keep my eye out for updates.
Exactly what I needed I had been having a hard time with anything to do with scheduling and task management. I needed a more straightforward approach and some help with allotting time to tasks. The easy to use design allows me to start learning more about HOW to schedule tasks and set durations. Trial and error at first, and then fine-tuning it as I see what tasks I completed and if I allotted the right amount of time to each.
Amazing app, with smooth design and the idea of keeping a general list is very good to keep your tasks to be done awaiting to be placed. There's just one issue which for me is crucial. I use Google calendar and I need to have it synced correctly. I changed the name of some calendars as well as deleted some of them and now I can't get my tasks updated in my calendar. Apart from that everything is perfect! 😊
Looks promising I love the simple design and useful concept of having a list of "undefined" tasks which you drop onto timeline. Nevertheless, this thing is completely free! The only paid thing is themes, which I see as the way to say "Thank you!" to these great devs. I will surely do this as I get home and have some money on my account ;)
Perfect I know nothing in life is perfect, but this app is perfect for me. It was designed for me! Needless to say that I tried gazillion other apps. If you are someone who knows what you want to accomplish and numerous demands from others or life this will allow you to list your to-do list then plan what and when to do them. To developers: Please don't add any additional functions that is what is wrong with other apps.
Decent Looks good, but needs work. Tasks move when I'm trying to change the colour or edit the title (especially difficult for long tasks, e.g. work shifts). Overlapping tasks hide each other. The widget doesn't seem to work ("no more tasks today" when I've got a full day planned which I set up last night). Agenda works well, but DON'T sync it to your calendar - a bug deleted events from the agenda AND my calendar if I hit my phone's back button or tapped elsewhere on the screen after editing
Finally something that works for me right now! I use OK Google to make my appointments and I build to do lists and tend to plan them on the fly as my day gets going cause I don't enslave myself to my calendar. After trying 10apps I realized this super simple app fits my workflow the best. Thanks dev, great job.
Finally an app that lets you seamlessly plan out your day minute by minute unlike other productivity apps which just create lists. Good for keeping me on track to achieve deadlines and complete work. A must have app in my opinion. My only complaint is that the task colours set within the app do not transfer over to the widget
Unique What I like most about this app is the way you can easily move tasks in a drag-and-drop manner. The start and end times can also be drag-and-dropped. I only wish it were able import reminders from Google Calendars. However, normal calendar events sync smoothly.
Good app It's a good app but there is room for improvement. The recurring task doesn't give a reminder. Also, there can be an option where the alternate tasks have a different colour. An option of subtasks would also be appreciated since it'll help narrow down individual goals. On the whole, this app does what it claims and is very comfortable and easy to use.
I love it but please update It's all I ever wantnin a to-do list app. But I hope you add other options for "reminders" like, pop-ups, notification bar only, etc, cos i sometimes find the reminder annoying when it comes up. Also, please fix the widget!
Where are all the positive reviews coming form? It doesn't really look good. The lines in new event is crossing words. There is the lowest amount or integration with anything. Just google calendar. Events overlap instead of being parallel, so you can't see behind one another... There is just no added value with this app
Great App, just what I have been looking for I love this app. It's a great way for me to schedule the tasks that I need to get done in between the tasks/appointments I already have scheduled for the day. As mentioned in another review, it would be great if you were able to delay all tasks once you have delayed one. Additionally, the app crashes every time I attempt to change the color for a reoccurring event, but that is a minor glitch. I would also love to see a desktop version of this app, and have the ability to sync across platforms.
Simple clean and fast Congrats guys. I love the simplicity. The design is clean and pro i just hope you fix the screen problem when you swipe down the calender lt would be useless for me to take a look at the tasks list in my galaxy grand prime 5 inches screen. Thanks and good luck
I love the app! BUT the sync is not working even when its turned on. My events and tasks from other calendars do not appear. It's quite a hassle to retype the stuff you already put in your calendar. And besides syncing calendar events, you should consider having an option to sync w/ Google Tasks as well. So when synced in another platform, tasks will stay as tasks and not become events (ex. Buy soap--is a task but it is saved in my other calendar as an event) Keep up the good work! :)
Great app I was looking for this kind of app for a long time. The app Looks good and very afficient. And I like the widget option. The only reason i didnt put in 5 stars is that it can be a bit difficult to manipulate the tasks on the scheduele at times, moving it to the right time and length.
Simple, but works well for its purpose. Everything works intuitively and looks great. Calendar integration has been seamless for me. Would like to see integration with task management apps like Wunderlist. Kinda glitchy on editing task. Widget no longer syncs on GS6, this is a dealbreaker. 4 stars on bug fix.
Very simple layout, so easy and fast! I know the reoccurring tasks option is experimental right now, but I hope it ends up a permanent feature. - it's so simple to add a reoccurring task! I have downloaded every scheduling/routine app that I could find and this is by far the best! It's great for moms, my schedule changes with a moments notice thanks to my little one, and this app is so easy to readjust my schedule! I still have yet to use the share feature, but if it works well, then Accomplish will be replacing Cozi as our family to do list/scheduler.
Lifesaver! This app has been a life saver for me! I always have such a hard time remembering everything, & keeping up. I originally downloaded to help keep track, & remember, tasks for work. But, even now, not working, its helped me remember all the things i want/need to get done!
Lacking features I like the idea of being able to plan tasks at specific times throughout the day. However this app lacks functionality and features. For me, the app is just ok. Some tasks are not as important as others, and I don't need a reminder for them. I would like to be able to cancel reminders in the edit screen. For now I just had to turn off notifications for the app entirely in my application manager. If I was able to modify notifications, I would probably rank this app 4 stars.
I love this concept but needs a few things I love this concept, really love it. But I wish I could see multiple tasks at once. Or even a tasks next to an event like on Google calenders. And I wish there was more variety in color. I like to color code things ROYGBIV style but have to give up one color after purchasing the other modes. I'm still gonna try this since this is exactly what I was looking for and hope a some problems can be resolved.
Not bad once you get to know it! I wouldn't have had any problem if I had watched the video first lol. Shows you how to sort your list and go into calendar view. I still have a slight problem on smoothness but that may just be my phone, I wonder. :P
Really good app. It would be nice if we could swipe away the completed tasks. The tick mark column is near the reminder button, which looks a bit inconvenient. Also suppose we want to add in several tasks within an hour, there isn't the space for that. It would be nice if we can expand the hours.
Brilliant thought trough app 😀 It's a gem app on my phone. Saying that (I'm not the best list keeper as such) however this app has great potential for me. I am still new to it and fall in and out of using it fully. However this has more to do with my planning failures than anything else. Chaotic traits are hard to crack however this is genius. It's so ease to apply tasks to the timeframe of day available to you with this app. I'm very happy keeping it and remain hoping for the best 😊
I love the simplicity of this app with the drag and drop for tasks. I am guilty of never scheduling task items in my calendar. Here, I can make a list of appointments/tasks with set times and then work to fit them all into my day. All of this had me thinking I'd finally found that one app that works the way I do. Unfortunately, there are key features missing that are important to me. The limited color choice doesn't include basics like red or navy blue and has only 9 selections. I do like how the focus is on the day view, but only about 5 hours of it is visible on the screen. There's no way to zoom out and see the entire day as I am planning. Having due dates on tasks with future reminders in case I don't get it done and it gets lost in my calendar is important for me. I need nudges that tell me I forgot and to get it done. The widget is very nice. There I can see the overview of the day but going back and forth between the app and widget as I am planning isn't productive. I am keeping this app on my phone so I can check on the upgrades in hopes I can use it in the future. Nice start.
Useful A good way to block out time for particular tasks. I use it in conjunction with Remember the Milk. Accomplish has the main task eg write lesson plan but RTM has the breakdown. This means I have the time set to work on the document and RTM tells me what I need to actually do.
So much potential! Great app. Needs more features (primarily tags and descriptions), but I'm living it so far! Also: the bell icon gets annoying, it should only be visible when editing a task
Simple & effective I love this app due to the simplicity of it. No need to fumble with the day and time and reminders. You simply drag and drop. I think this is a great app for anyone who has ADHD. The notifications take over your screen in a non-annoying and pleasant way. The fact that you can snooze it for up to 30 minutes is refreshing. I love that what ever you don't complete goes back to your to-do list. I wish there was a notification for outstanding items in your to-do list. This would really complete it for me.
Simplest app . Biggest success factor for me and app is tasks and calender integration. I add the tasks in the list whenever I think I have one. Then, in free time start planning with the tasks. If I cannot complete, the task automatically moves back to tasks list from the planner. That's simple maha feature for me.
It's simple and easy It's the best planner organiser app: a to-do list plus a calendar. The only complain being that there's this 1 second buffer which it takes- to open up- hence it's not a very smooth interface. Also, the events in the to do list don't get added up one after the other on the list, but rather get added anywhere on the list. If these two problems resolve, this particular app beats Google's calendar and keep combined.
