Cannot use the app as it keeps saying that the error "rarely happens,,". I have updated to no effect. Luckily I have copies of the emails for the bookings I have made otherwise I would be stuck. I use the app to make bookings all the time. However if this persists I will have to look elsewhere. Eg Hilton

Accord must hire idiots to design their apps. 1. Include a feedback option during the booking process as the system is flawed and does not allow guests to complete the booking and payment. You are forced to choose a payment option now (this is new) but at this stage it will not let you continue or complete your booking. No option to report the flawed, broken coding renders this app totally useless. Worse the majority of available options contain useless info for users trying to book.

Good app - which allows you to book very good hotels. Only problem is cancellation is not easy - sometimes it won't show cancellation button against a flexible booking. I lost some money for my last booking just because of that. 😫
