Like other reviewers, I did not have a problem booking hotels using this app until this year. So far I have spent on average one hour on each booking. Everything is fine until I enter my Visa or Mastercard information. Then I get a message saying details are not correct. I have always used the same card, and it works for Marriott :) maybe that's a sign to keep my titanium status with Marriott instead of accruing with Accor. I suspect there may be an issue with the Authorize with Visa step.

The App and the Accor website suffer from the same problems. To me, mainly, is the lack of pictures, and more importantly relevent and up to date pics of different rooms. IE often they reuse the same pic for different tier rooms. Usually I would need to go on Tripadvisor, or Booking to look at pics. There is also no clear indication in the room descriptions if there is a bathtub in the room.

Bad experience with the apps. Within same group hotels but having different policy. Didnt alert me it not refundable when I cancelled my booking A and booked B (a better hotel) within the same apps. I had paid two hotel rooms for the same night. Hotel reply me and show the email with non refund statement in email. I booked with apps recorded in apps and check in by showing apps, suddenly said I not read email? Will cancel off my accor membership and meeting planner.
