Ratings and reviews

Not intuitive. Search results criteria should stick. Instead, after a search change of dates we have to select the criteria or filter again and again, for eg list by ascending or descending order. It always defaults to list by distance. The selected option should stick. Some sections such as feedback does not work so cannot provide feedback from the app.

I really enjoy using the Accor Hotels App. It’s very user-friendly and simple to navigate, which makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. One improvement I would suggest is adding more flexibility with extras. It would be great if all hotels offered early check-in, late check-out, and parking as selectable options directly in the app.

I can't fault All Accor in any way. I've been using their hotels for a while, from 3 stars to 5 stars and customer service is always top notch. I've been most impressed recently about their response to bookings affected by the middle east crisis which other brands haven't shown. Most importantly is the little extra service i.e complimentary drinks gor choosing to stay with them. I always look forward to this and there is always an hotel option within the brand that fits everyone's budget.
