Ratings and reviews

Doesn't work anymore since July. Reinstalling, restarting reanything doesn't fix it. As others have mentioned it is just frozen on a black screen with the search bar. It's a shame because it was a good, did what it needed to do app. Hope it gets fixed at some point

Great app, the only major thing left is for it to have a virtual keycard that we can add to Google Wallet instead of carrying around the physical one. It can be a hassle. GPay as a payment method would be great as well.

The APP is AWFUL. I clicked my Start & End Dates - but when I got to Payment Stage, the Res. Dates were 1 Day EARLIER than I Selected. Repeated tries, same Glitch in APP. Called ACCOR Reservations - but they couldn't Book the APP Special Rate - referred me to Customer Care - which called the Ibis Hotel in Nimes, France. Hotel was supposed to Research & Fix Problem - and get back to me in a few Hours. 14 Hours Later -no reply. The Problem is the APP - NOT the Hotel. "Customer Service" INEFFECTIVE
