Ratings and reviews

Is there a way to know how many points i would be able to utilise for a booking (before having the points in the app)? Recently I transferred points from my credit card, but only then I got to know that the app would only let me use half the points for the booking and rest I had to pay in cash. Had I known before I could have saved my points for the flights.

The app really deserves the 5-star rating, however there's an exception: I really don't know if the given property's information is organized by the ALL or the hotel provided. That's because I've made an expensive reservation which includes car parking and when I went into property's page, it was displayed a payable Valet Parking. I believe everyone would think in a free car parking. Instead, such informations should be given at the first part of the page, in order to avoid misunderstanding.

Easy to book in the app. My first time using the All Accor app. I think it may have been easier to book in the app than it was via the web. That's pretty impressive. It was very helpful that all of my pricing options were displayed without me having to find promotion codes first.
