The Accutel Conferencing app provides a convenient way to setup and start audio conference calls using Accutel's conferencing bridges. After logging in, you may setup Calendar invitations for your conference calls. The description and title contain the basic information that your conference participants would need to get into the call - no need to copy and paste details or search email to attain these details. If you wish to simply email invitations, you may do so by tapping on the Email Invitation button and the necessary information to join the conference is automatically provided in the subject and body of the email. To start the call as host, again no need to remember the phone numbers or codes, simply tap the Start My Call button to initiate the call as host. Conference recordings are also available by tapping the recordings button. Multiple conference reservations? No problem. You may select from the conferences available to you and switch between them as needed.
