This app and company needs a new IT developer, I cannot stress how bad this is. Major overhaul is needed. This app needs some huge changes to get up to speed. One issue is that it frequently signs me out weekly, sometimes daily. It has a hard time connecting to your servers even though I will have full service or strong wifi. And the location settings, it constantly changes your preferred store. Cmon guys please get this figured out.

I just downloaded this app within the last month or so because they offered an extra coupon that I knew I would use. That was nice! otherwise, I do not recommend it. It is slow, buttons don't work, it is difficult to find your cart, and there was a "double points" deal that you only got by using the app yesterday, that instead gave me normal points on my purchase. Seriously thinking about deleting it because of how frustrating it is to use!

This was an okay app until the past week when it started opening with nothing but a spinning clock. I'm back to using the website... Prior to becoming a "brick" app, it had a major flaw; the app lacked the ability to edit search strings. Unlike 98% of online retailers, if one searches for an item using this app and decides to add or modify a term, one has to return to the home screen and enter an entirely new search string. How is it a company the size of Ace Hardware fails WEB101?
