Hello I've been using the app for the past few days now and am not happy with it. I wanted to withdraw an amount from my account, and you guys requested my biometric verification. I tried and tried, but you guys gave me an error. So I decided to terminate my account and request my refund. When I did that, you guys blocked me from accessing my account and said that I should contact customer service and that they will attend to me. But when I did that, your app was having issues. Please refund

I've been using it for half of a month a now and everything is fine. My only concern is that I want how easy it is to use stored passwords to login without biometric verification. Most apps have this feature and I think it will reduce chances of an intruder getting your account

Verification took a bit of trial and error as reasons for failure wasn't clear. But depositing and investing was a breeze. Hopefully cashing out will not be challenging. I'll reserve the last star for later
