I went to try and view what I ha e remaining on my loan and how many payments I have remaining, and I cannot view anything. I click on app, it brings me to the biometric screen, I scan my print, and it goes to the "acima" screen.... nothing else. Then it automatically sends me a code via text without me doing anything. It's frustrating that I cannot see anything of mine.

this issue is still going on .I returned a wrong size item several days after I received it. here we are 7 months later and they are still trying to collect money. I've made contact with them every month since and each time they show it's been returned but claim their collections department has to clear account. in the meantime, I'm constantly getting emails and phone calls trying to offer a settlement on something I don't have. crazy pay Amazon already refunded to them. poor accounting

overall never really had problems. used at multiple stores. However, since the most recent app update, I open the app, use my fingerprint, they send the access code text message and that's where it stops. the app is frozen on a screen with its logo! so now I have to go through the web page to make payments! FIX THE APP BUGS PLEASE! I CAN'T SPEND MONEY IF I CAN'T GET ON THE APP!
