Ratings and reviews

Extremely fraudulent manipulative cheating insurance company. Their plans and marketing sound very good but once you pay the premium, you will find that they are nothing but a scam and criminal fraudsters, and will try to cheat you at every step. You will face lot of inconvenience extreme stress from dealing with these fraudsters. You would be better off not taking any policy from them. It's a warning sign about the state of insurance companies in India and insurance regulators should take note.

Worse insurance experience and agent who was coordinate for car repair. They try to fix duplicate items and charge amount. They damaged the windshield during repair and not agreeing to work on this. I will not renew with Acko for sure and will also say others not to go ahead with Acko.

App has lots of broken links. Like for me hotel insurance is showing in homepage. If click it says page not found. Similarly while claiming for accident, the links always show page that login is required. Developers have not properly setup auth features.
