Ratings and reviews

The app keeps stopping. I can't even get to the login screen. It use to work but it's been a month or two or more now since I've been able to login. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't work either, tried that multiple times. I also haven't been able to get ahold of an actual person for any actual help either because they certainly don't make that simple. I'll change my rating when I'm finally able to login and everything is fixed.

This app has been pretty easy for my investment purposes. I've had it for so many years and it has already helped me put with a big sudden financial hit I had to take. However now the app WILL NOT stop advertising for me to upgrade from the basic. I just want to look at my account status and every time I return to the home account page the advertisement pops up. I already closed it the first time. This SHOULD NOT be something I need to close EVERY TIME the app returns to home.

The navigation is really bad, and verification never works. I can't even cancel my subscription because of the incredibly flawed verification process. Everytime I put in my bank info to cancel my subscription, an unexplained error occurs. So I can't even do something should be as simple as cancel my account.
