This app is broken. You can't use any of the functions to do anything since the phone verification does not work. It will ask you to input a code that is sent to your phone, but as soon as the text comes through the app instantly closes the input window so you can't put in the code. It will say that your phones been verified, but it clearly hasn't since all of the features are still locked.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The waitlist function (the only reason I downloaded the app) is useless. When you *finally* get the verification code the whole thing goes to shirt and the ability to even use the waitlist does not happen which means the app is worthless. I guess I'll go and pray it isn't two hours wait again. At least the ramen place nearby is a decent alternative.

$5 coupon for spending $50 expires only 3 weeks after you earn it. Points are randomly not awarded as well. Edit: I emailed Kura customer service like some people recommended. They are able to extend your coupon, but only after it has expired, and only by another 3 weeks. Can't think of anywhere else that has rewards that expire this quickly. Pretty tedious.
