Does not work since the updated version came out. This app is making my job very hard work.

Had to get a new phone and now I carnt get the app on my phone.which I use for work. You would think the software would be comparable with all phones any thing you can do to sort this problem out

Worked perfectly until this morning when I did an update. Won't open now. Not good as I an on call key worker. Hopefully my IT department can fix it later.

If you have upgraded to Android 10, a new update of the app is coming soon which fixes this problem. In the mean time if you contact the support desk they will be able to get you on to the beta version of the new app so you can get back up and running. Please call 01233 722700

What's new

Knocked a few bugs on the head when the app is closed during the app syncing.
