Ratings and reviews

My church is in the process of switching to this, and it looks like it may not be reliable. Edit: I've confirmed - every time there's an update, it logs me out, which makes it worse than useless for time-critical messages. There also seems to be no way to contact support from the app; all you can do is make feature requests. The only thing this app adds to what's on the website is frustration, thus I've changed my review to one star.

App constantly freezes and errors out. Developers seem to view it as an afterthought. Update Feb 2025 - New issues (no surprise). The app glitches out and won't even let me sign in. It's also VERY frustrating that I have to sign in every time I use the app. I really wish our church would move away from this platform, but for some reason they seem to want to stick with it.

The app is pretty basic, also it is impossible to add a profile picture. Sometimes it allows me to upload a picture and then when I try to choose the picture the crop window comes up and rotates the picture 90 degrees counter clockwise for some reason. I can't delete any of the pictures that are in there that I can't use. very poor execution of this feature. I would not recommend this app.
