What kind of application is this I tried to register a complaint it gives me other options to fine it within application. I have query on billing it doesn't let me register a complaint. It is fit for nothing but to check you fup limit. I have cleared the bill on 9th of November 2017 and I received a SMS saying you have been charged for late payment fee of 25rs.. my due date is 10th of November 2017
Please update your app to support screens using 18:9 aspect ratio. App does not fully cover the screen on a Pixel 2 XL.
Worst service. No executive bothers respond for numerous complaints, but connection is suspended promptly and very frequently
Would give 0 stars if I could. Took 2 hours for them to come and take the money. But no connection for FOUR days now. Their technicians will call and tell you that they are turning up at 3 pm on a weekday. And then when you take a leave from work and sit waiting for them, they don't turn up. Customer support is the worst in the world. They have NO idea what their teams are doing. Even after their "priority" and "escalation", 3 days later I'm still waiting for net. Won't even raise a disconnection or refund request despite us telling them to. They simply REFUSE to cancel the connection. There is zero accountability and zero interest in serving the customer.
