This is for the provider itself, they have speed limit from 20mbps to straight 256 kbps, i mean come one what can you do with this speed? My smart tv uses around 60gb data in 30 days and my plan gets over in just 15 days. My previous data provider had connection optimised for youtube and google at 30 mpbs no matter what plan you have and even after fup it would be at 30mpbs ACT is living in stone age... Beam was better when i.was using it in Hyderabad.. its highly overrated provider Fyi guys - i got your connection and paid you guys even before taking possession of my house as i had a trust on you guys but lost now
The service is good. Customer service is okay 50 % of the time . Reg the app- its also fine but , one issue I faced is that the complaints get closed without comments from tech team. The app does not have the feature for the customer to see the tech comments..I have to call back to find out why the ticket was closed.and the customer care number is NOT TOLL FREE
Useless App, used for raising a complaint about connectivity. But nobody got back. I seriously don't understand if anyone from ACT looks at the complaints registered through the App. Then why do you ask customers to log complaints there? ACT is hopeless in customer care.
Went through the registration process and paid for the installation. Nothing shows up in the order summary after the payment is done. No sms or email either as a receipt. Awful onboarding process for a paid customer who registers through the app. Customer service do not have a record of the payment done either. Pretty disappointed
Guys please do not go for this broadband service! The customer service is downright pathetic! I have been seeing unwarranted data usage and raised several tickets to get the issue resolved but not one service personnel has called me or visited my place! I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years now and i have seen how they service quality has degraded over the years.. I strongly suggest that you DO NOT go for this internet service provider!! I'm switching to Airtel in a couple of days! Hope this review helps.
App has good UI and ACT has very good message generation algorithm which reminds it's users to pay the bill every day at least twice until we do it but when it comes to services and repair they take 24 to 72 hours and link failure occurs every month. I wonder what that service interruption for maintaining connection messages are for.
