About this app

The Actev App includes features to enhance the driving experience of the Arrow Smart-Kart while keeping your kids safe. The Actev App connects to the Arrow via a Wi-Fi access point inside the Arrow. The Actev App must be used while driving the Arrow.

Use the Actev App to:

- Adjust the speed limit of the Arrow to your child's driving level (up to 12mph)
- Monitor the driving speed of the Arrow
- Press the Emergency Stop button to immediately halt the Arrow
- Enable the Anti-Collision sensor to stop the Arrow if a large obstacle is detected
- Create custom geo-fences for safe driving zones
- Turn on engine sounds for an enhanced driving experience
- Create a password secure Wi-Fi connection to your Arrow

Ratings and reviews

As with another reviewer, after resetting the kart I can connect to it's wifi and it asks me to enter a new network name and password. Pressing the next button has no effect. If the password is too short it will tell me, but will never move to the next step. I was able to get it working using a borrowed iPad and enabled the setting to allow it to be used without the app. I would prefer firmware that enables this after a reset to make the kart usable if the app disappears in the future.

To get this to work on a modern Android phone you have to have "mobile data" disabled, otherwise the app tries to use your cellular data connection to talk to the kart, which won't work.
