Review from Darren Jett
Good Seems to be working for me so far but just wish it had a "calories burned" stat to go with each workout for those of us who are doing this along with a diet.
Fantastic app. It's perfect for beginners like i was. Can now run a solid 30 mins without rest. My best advise is invest in good running shoes and ladies, get yourself a good bra. I ran in some cheap trainer i got off ebay and my knees and ankles killed... have lost a ton of weight and am so so so happy about the whole experience. Definitely recommend. Update: This app got me active and when i cleaned up my eating lost 40 lbs. Perfect app. Am starting from week 1 again to increase my speed now :)
Clear and Simple There's not much to say other than the app works exactly the way it's supposed to. The interface is clear and easy to use and the voice prompts are ok. The only problem I have is, on my S5, Google play music doesn't work seamlessly with C25K; the two apps work side by side though, so no big deal.
Great motivator but Auto-pause would be even better. And how am I supposed to run the suggested miles when it cuts off at 30 minutes no matter what? I'll keep using this but I'm going to have to run with my Garmin too.
I have not been very active since high school (15 years). This app has helped me get off my rear and taking back my health. It's very easy to use and keep track of your progress.
Okay, I actually love and hate it. It's a great way to get me on my feet and active, and I've already noticed a difference in my weight. Whether you're wanting to get active, lose weight, or actually train for a 5k, this app is great. I just hate running.
I really love this app. The only thing I don't like is sometimes it doesn't say when to switch from walking to running... maybe a glitch in the app or something...
Workout 3 times a week, for 9 weeks, and you’ll be 10K-ready and it is now FREE!
