Review from Ari Grobstig
Error 489 It won't allow me to download the app. On my phone or tablet. I have paid and its unable to even download. Please help.
Not so special The program is great. The app is just okay. Social components, the ability to modify workouts, and re-using the app after nine weeks all need work. Unfortunately, the builders have been adding ads and clickbait instead. Constance, I love ya, but I wouldn't recommend.
Paid for it and Used to love it Paid for it and Used to love it as I used to be able to use it without submitting my personal details but NO MORE!!! So angry as I paid for this app on the assumption that I didn't but now they changed it. Unacceptable in my opinion. Shame they spoilt such a good thing. Uninstalling it now. :-( But updated my review as I have now completed the course and am on week 2 of their 5K to 10K program and I am so happy with the progress I have made motivated by the app so hence gave it top score.
Great Its got a very simple interface, and the best part is the coaches that tell you what to do and when. Its a very slow build for people like me who really are starting from nothing and I think it will make it more achievable.
ATTENTION: Paid App WITH ads!!!! This WAS a phenomenal app! But when people pay their hard earned money for an app, there is an expectation that they will not be bombarded with advertising. With the new update, you're advertising unhealthy, overprocessed Special K!!! Their logo annoyingly laced throughout the app's interface. So disappointed! Luckily, I'm on the last day of the last week of the program. I was planning on purchasing your 10k app, but you lost a customer by pulling this BS, so that won't be happening. Good riddance!
Needs a couple more/different features 1. The timeline showing what percentage of the interval you've finished is unhelpful. I need a countdown. 2. The trainer voice needs to be louder and possibly interrupt other audio. I missed it a few times.
It got my butt off the couch! Just finished the 9 week programme and I can't believe that I'm capable of running 5k without dying. Seeing gains progressively is a huge motivation.
Workout 3 times a week, for 9 weeks, and you’ll be 10K-ready and it is now FREE!
