This app absolutely sucked for the past 3 years. Couldn't book online! Had to call the call center to reserve ,every time. Somehow, someway they finally frigging fixed the problem and we're all up and running again. Thank you! Update 6/18/2026: No need to call the Call Center this time! What took 2 hours before took under 7 minutes this time. This matters!!

Can't ever log in with valid credentials using the app. Works sometimes if you just go to their website instead. Only sure fire way to sign in is to go to the individual state parks website and sign in from there. Anything that doesn't require signing in works such as searching for a site, looking at pictures of the site, etc. Anything that requires you to sign in such as looking at future and past reservations, booking a site, etc, will not work in the app.

Remember this is a Private company making money off exclusive state park bookings who can't handle basic account registration and is doing an excellent impression of the RMV. Tried to register and got shafted into creating a whole extra Email. When I went to grab the verification code from my original email, come back, get dumped on the homepage with no way to enter it. "User not confirmed" on sign in. Tried again with the same email? "Error: already registered." My Email is now stuck in limbo.
