Well, I've updated the app again in 2025. I didn't think it could have been any worse than before, but low and behold, it is! I will probably never book with NYS Parks ever again! I tried booking two sites, mine and my daughter's...nope cannot do that! Only one 1 reservation at a time, so I would need to cancel the I already made or wait until after that reservation date to book another site. That defeats the purpose! The new update is a huge hassle, yet nothing has changed on the site.

samsung s24u. I cant read any of the alerts, I can't read anything I have to agree too. if I do want to read it, I need to highlight and copy it to a Note to read it. During winter I was unable to reserve sites that were clearly not taken. I am not sure it was even accurate for what I just booked (the map). we will see in a few weeks. I am never able to select equipment. I thought hey maybe the mobile app is just bad, I'll use the website. also terrible. What is my $10 fee going too?

Why are there ads in this app? There was an ad at the bottom that looked like a part of the app. I entered card information, thinking that I was entering it on the app but when I went back I saw that it was an ad. It's terrible that we're forced to use this instead of reserving directly at the campground, but to have misleading ads on top of that? Not ok.
