I wish My apartment complex didn't use this app, it's absolutely awful, constantly crashing, you try to sign in and it'll fail to load and take you back to the sign in page. or it will randomly just take you back to the sign in page even when it loads properly. Is not user friendly, impossible to navigate and view past and recent payments or bills due. They really should give up on this app.

I keep getting logged out despite having the app set to remember me. It forwards to a different page to enter my password which is just weird. Often, the whole app goes blank if I switch to a different app or close it to the tray. When paying, it does not separate the different things you're paying for (pet fee, late fee, etc.) WORST of all, there is a FIFTY DOLLAR 💵💵💵💵💵💵 CONVENIENCE FEE TO PAY YOUR RENT. If your apartment uses this app like mine does, I send my condolences.

I've tried for months to get into this app and I still can't. It's terrible, keeps telling me my password is wrong, which I know it isn't.. so then I click forgot password and it brings me to some sketchy website, called "real id" or something, outside of the app.. and that page just keeps saying "Error" and won't load. Sucks bc I really would have loved to send my rent virtually, rather than buying checks and stamps and sending it out in the mail. So frustrating!
