The app works great and is very easy to use. The one time I had to get help from customer support, they replied within a day and were able to answer my question. In order to get an increase in your pay period max, you do have to leave a tip with some of your cash outs, but it is still much cheaper than other cash advance services. I was able to link my debit card with lightning speed which means I get the money within seconds. This has really helped out in certain situations. I would love not to have to rely on something like this to pay bills, but it's good to know it is there until we can get back on our feet.
Update: After working with support team, i have a solid working account. This service is great! There are a couple glitches/issues that come up every now and then, but the support team is quick to help. The app structure could use a little work but overall my updated review is a 5 star. Active Hours has saved me on a few occasions already.
I've been waiting 6 months for them to verify my account. They say they cannot find a direct deposit, but I do have one in my account. I previously used their service with great results but the service has seriously gone downhill I even sent a screenshot of my direct deposit and the company is still telling me I do not have a direct deposit. They are also telling me they cannot view my bank account information. I have uploaded my information literally at least 20 times they clearly have access to it. Because this company is delaying my verification I have had to overdraft my account which is costing me serious money and fees I don't have and leaving me unable to pay other bills. Don't waste your time with activehours it is a complete waste of time and will be of no use to you.
I only gave the app 2 stars because when it did work, I loved it. Now that there are all these banking issues, it sucks. The customer service is non-responsive, they repeat the same scripted response, whenever there is a response. I mean come on now. It has been months since I submitted my first support ticket. It's ridiculous. I would stay away from this app.

Dropped support for my bank without any sort of notification. Completely stranded until otherwise.
