Fun at first... ...But it gets really tedious playing the same rooms over and over. I feel stuck and enthusiasm for this game is going down. I don't like how hard it is to upgrade and unlock rooms looking for the same items you have to craft. I also don't like that you can use your money crafting things and it doesn't work. I also don't like that there is no way to replenish diamonds besides paying. I love Donwton Abbey and this game has great graphics and the game premise was exciting, but the game unfolds too slowly.😞

Unplayable after update I've been playing this game since September. With the last update, I lost all my progress, all my items and a boatload of money. But I started again. I've gotten back to where I was before the update, now I'm at Edith's bedroom and that's it. No more rooms unlocked, even though there are at least 6 rooms that should be in play. I'd like to know if this is the end of the game or what. If it is, very, very disappointing. You could have done better, it is a nice game but sorely neglected by the developers.

Too many bugs won't load, want money back. Downloaded this game app because I love the show. And I love the idea of this game. However crafting items fails regularly requiring much more time and money if you pay, to complete objectives. Played yesterday without issue on a large scale, today it will not even load. I want my money back! - after months of plat it reset my play to zero!

Cute hidden object game with realistic layout and fun Edwardian graphics. Not having any tech issues with it on my android phone. However maxxing out at level 30? That isn't great. And now since Android upgrade having lots of loading issues related to 'network connection' which in reality is fine but the game is not recognising.

A bit buggy, but still ok Seems a bit sluggish, and overly confusing. Hard to keep track of what you need for what room. Also, keeps stopping/shutting itself down between rooms, making it even more difficult. I love Downton Abbey and hidden object games, just wish the game was a bit simpler to keep track of progress and such.

Fun, but.... It's a slightly different way to do Hidden Object puzzle, but some ingredients for craft items are too difficult to get, and because I have to redo search on certain rooms really often just to earn those hard to get craft items, the game becomes very repetitious and tedious at times.

Like the game hate the bugs I really like this game but with all the issues of it crashing is driving me crazy. Now the game won't even open. I keep getting a message that says to check my service connection, yet there is nothing wrong with my service. I have closed the app completely and restarted my phone but same thing. I guess that's the end of Downton Abbey both show and game. Sad...
Does anyone know how to play with friends??? Still Can't open game today! Bummer 2/5/16 (9pm) - I was able to play yesterday for awhile but when I ran out of energy, I couldn't get back into the game and still can't. I wonder if anyone ever reads these comments and if anyone ever tries to fix the game? There hasn't been an update in a long time. 2/2/16 (noon) - I can't open the game on my Samsung Tab 4. It works fine on my ipad 2. Please fix it so I don't lose the several days in a row bonuses.12/26/15 (5PM) - I don't know what happened but after being down all day, I just got into the game. I love this game when it is working! 12/26/15 (8AM) - It worked fine last evening. Today it won't open. I have restarted my samsung galaxy tab 4 in hopes of correcting the issue but didn't help. I LOVE the game, when it works. PLEASE FIX! I will give it 5 stars when you do. Thanks!
Good Still some bugs. Crashes on game exit. Cant send/receive energy. Buggy, but good. Graphics excellent. Named items unfamiliar on a lot of searchable items, but hints help with that, which then "teaches" alternate word for items, thus expanding vocabulary. So that is cool. Irritating, but cool. Overall, good game. Will keep playing.
DOWNTON ABBEY GAME After the app update, everything worked fine. Why does it only go up to level 30? Several more rooms on basement and 1st floor yet to open. Now it says no network or wifi when there is. Please sort it all out. Now when I can finally get on to the game, I've lost eveeything and have to start all over again.
Lala Loaded this game twice. First time, after spending money on diamonds and getting to level 28, the game refused to load. Uninstalled and reinstalled, lost all my progress, coins, inventory, etc. Second time I played without spending a dime of my own money and got to level 22 before the game froze and denied me access. I'm done. Downton is over and so is my participation in this game.
Crashed Played on Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1" screen. Since I had to download google play games app, it crashes. It's also too big for the screen, I can't see the bars along the top. If game worked properly it might be a good game. It doesn't seem to flow properly. Everytime you play a room, the items you have to look for are the same, makes it boring.
'Crashton Abbey' The game is your typical 'find the objects' fare, with 'crafting' to be done for points/coins/diamonds. Unfortunately, it tends to crash quite a bit, and sometimes gets 'stuck' trying to load scenes. It's not completely unplayable, but can be very annoying. Meh. It's Downton & it's free.
This is a really large file, so if you download it to your android tablet...well, it lasted for about 2 games then it crashed and then it crashed my tablet all together. I'm sending it in for repairs, and luckily I just bought the tablet and it may still be under warranty, but just wanted to get the word out, some platforms are not meant for android yet and it should have said so...
WTC......What The Crashes?!?!?! I would love to give this app a higher rating of 5 stars but it is constantly crashing on me. It gets about 75% loaded then crashes/force closes on me. I keep trying multiple times to get it to load but it just wont. Hopefully a new update will be released to fix this problem. When it was working properly I loved this game. Is anyone else out there having this issue?
I'm giving it a 1-star due to its frustrating and infuriating 'crafting' system. I spent days to find items required to craft a certain item and spent thousands of coins required only to get 'energy boosts' or lousy 'gems'. When you spent that amount of time to craft only to be screwed over by its stupid crafting system. Inventory system also doesn't help. No other Hidden Item type game have infuriated me more. If not for its crafting system I would give this a 4-star rating. Music's great and so's the graphics. Be warned to those who'd want to play this game as it is, it'll make you curse like a sailor.
Great graphics but frustrating The graphics are lovely and the gradually increasing difficulty is well-designed. The storyline is iffy in terms of quality, but the biggest issue is the difficulty in unlocking rooms. The required items for crafting are not easy to come by and too often the crafting reward is too rarely the desired article. I'm uninstalling the game after trying 2x to craft 1 of the 3 items to unlock the earl's dressing room.
Frustrating Game is visually appealing and fun in theory, but the energy level drops off after playing 4 of the rooms, and there's no way to earn that back faster than to pay money or wait an hour. Also, so annoying to have to play a room ten times before you get an item needed to unlock a new area. There should be a way to trade items from your inventory or something to keep play moving faster. Get sick of replaying a room so many times; getting bored of slow pace of entire game. Need some tweaking gere game designers
I had installed the game a couple if months ago. I reached level 30, but you cannot go past level 30. I continued to play the game making great progress until the game would stop before it opened. I reported this to google which went ignored. Then I started getting popups saying I had to check the connection. The connection was good. I took a chance and uninstalled the game and reinstalled it losing everything! I am Not, NOT happy about this! All of my energy and diamonds were lost not to mention all of the rooms I had unlocked. The game is now back at the beginning. I love playing the game BUT I am Not happy at Not having been able to get back into the game and continuing to play where I left off.
Fed up of all the glitches in the game!! After more than 2 weeks of not being able to play the game, because it kept freezing, I finally had a few days of good play and now it won't load! Telling me I have no Internet connection!! Funny because I'm using the Internet now and I'm using it for all my other games! Ironically I'm pretty much back to the point I was at when I has to delete and restart the game last time. If I have to delete the game again I won't bother to put it back a third time, it's just a waste of space!!
Broken for a month- Internet connection error I have been unable to play this game for over a month because it wrongly thinks there's a problem with my Internet when trying to load the game. I was having this same error after a different update and they fixed it for a while. I've reached out to the company and haven't heard back. I've spent a ton of money on a game I can't even log in to now. I'm very unhappy. Also, I feel like I should mention that the game crashes all the time when you're playing, but it seems to save your data.
Really loved it until... ETA: 5/2016 So I got a new phone, a Droid Turbo, and when I installed my game, all my progress was lost. I went ahead and started over. However, now every time I try to craft the darn door knob, I get a message that my game is out of sync and it will not let me craft it. Please fix. 2015- It started crashing, however I've found the issue. If you're having problems, check and see if you also have CleanMaster. Uninstalled that and all is well again.
Crashes alot, got as far as Mary's room and now wont connect keeps saying network problem. I am able to connect to everything else on my Samsung Tab A so i know it is not my device, have read others have experienced the same connection issue. Please fix this issue people are losing money on your faulty product. I dont want to reinstall as i will loose all my hard work and money.
I really really love this game and i love downton abbey more, but I've been having issues with the landing. When i try to play it, everything goes black and when i exit the game and go back, I've still lost my energy. I've had this issue with another room before so i reinstalled and i lost all of my progress. Please fix! I don't want to loose my progress!
