How to join:
1. Visit https://activy.co/survery-app and Choose your plan
2. Register your company details
3. Connect to your chosen Cloud PM App
4. Connect to Google Drive to store your image and data in Google Sheet
5. Invite your project members
How to use the app:
1. Login using your registered account
2. Make new a submission
3. Take photos, choose the relevant project and the task
4. Geolocation (latitude and longitude) will be automatically populated
5. Update progress (in Unit QTY)
This will allow project managers to collect survey data without internet connectivity.
Although they must be on logged on mode prior going offline and within one day at least they will need to be online to sync the data.
What happens once submitted?
1. Survey data will be submitted as a comment update within the related project task
2. All photos will be saved to Google Drive
3. Survey data will also be saved to Google Sheet
4. Photos will be posted as Google Drive Links
5. Geolocation will be submitted as Latitude, Longitude and Location will be posted as Google Map URL Links.
6. Your task progress (%) will be automatically updated and completed based on your survey data submission.
