This app constantly has problems remote starting and refreshing. 50% of the time when the car is under remote start, the key fob wont even be recognized to open the car, so you have to go through the remote stop, lag to stop, then fob to open. Extremely inconvenient to pay for something like that. Luckily I can bypass the remote start subscription bs. Just another way to take away features from the driver and monetize moreinconsistent service. I came here to write another review 8/27 now 11/11.

I've had many car apps and this one is the worst by far. I had a 2017 gm and the Chevrolet app could find it anytime, anywhere. This app is continuously searching and trying to work, no matter the cell service, wifi. Whoever controls this needs to catch up with other automakers and their technology. It's a shame a vehicle that costs as much as mine has so much trouble connecting/ working with a technology that has worked flawlessly on other vehicles for a decade or more.

Lately the app hasn't been working. It's getting colder outside and I typically remote start my car. However, lately I've received error messages, stating the app would be under construction for 1-2 days. Also, the app doesn't always tell me when my car has actually started after attempting to remote start my car. It's been very unreliable lately. I pay too much money for the amount of disruptions I've experienced.
