Ride Systems makes it easy to RIDE transit. The Ride Systems app shows bus riders where the bus is and when it will pick them up. It provides live location of buses, arrival predictions, and other important bus route information.

The app works for transit agency of all types including:
city/municipal transit
college/university transit
hotel/resorts shuttles
airport shuttles
corporate shuttles

Ratings and reviews

This is the single worst-designed app on my phone and very hard to use. (1) It takes about five minutes to read a single notice from the transit service (such as a detour notice) because the app inexplicably chooses to display it line by line, like a ticker, with no way to read the whole thing. (2) For some reason "Refresh" is one of the navigation tabs, which means a misclick leads to a good thirty seconds of waiting for the whole app to restart. (3) "Send Feedback" does nothing.

Almost none of the features that it has actually work. It doesn't notify you AT ALL when the bus arrives at the stop or anything like that. Sometimes it stops for a good few minutes and all of the sudden the bus is like 5 stops down from when it was frozen! ONLY 2 stars because its better than my school's tracker at least.

Emailed the app developers of issues in this app, no response. Cannot count on this app for where the shuttle is, a serious lag issue of where it's at in real time. It will say it's arriving ay my stop in 10 minutes, and 2 minutes later the shuttle has already passed my stop. The route that our shuttle takes, I have to wait 30+ minutes for the next one to arrive.
