The Development Administration Section (Adbang) is established based on Mayor Regulation No. 8 of 2021 concerning Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions and Work Procedures of the Bandung City Regional Secretariat (3 March 2021), where previously the nomeclature used was the Program, Design and Development Quality Section (Prodekbang) based on Mayor Regulation No. 1376 of 2016 concerning Position, Organizational Structure, Duties and Functions and Work Procedures of the Regional Secretariat of the City of Bandung (20 December 2016).
