I tried to open an account via the ADCB Hayyak app. After submitting my details, the app said, 'Your application is under review and will be processed shortly.' I waited for several days but received no response. I contacted customer service multiple times, and they kept saying the team would contact me, but I never got a call. I need an update on my application and am disappointed with the lack of response,Having to face this incident.

i cannot pass the point where i enter my phone number and email, i always get an error says we can't carry out your request. No matter what i do i get the same error. I'm trying to contact support but no replay for 2 days

unfortunately I have experienced worst service from ADCB one of the biggest Bank. meanwhile when I approched another bank online app, they opened my account within 10 minutes
