everything is fine except the user interface. it's horrible; choosing specific batches to enroll, customising notifications for a specific batch (it sends too many notifications of which maximum is useless), to know if a class of a specific topic has been done or not I have to open that exact topic of that subject only then I can tell, on the topic chart it says how many classes will be done instead it could be how many of how many has been done. these things need to be improved.

Very bad , From the very first day, there was wrong guidance. When I call support, no one answers the call, there is no call back, and no proper information is given. As a new beginner, the kind of support that is needed or expected is not provided at all. There is no help of any kind. However, the teachers’ way of teaching is very good. But for Bengali students, I did not find much support in English. The management is very poor—when there is any problem, there is no one available to contact.

not a good app. they just want your money , nothing else , half of the information is provided only. and if you are facing any issue the admission counsellor just trying to ignore your message and calls do not buy any course from Adda247. I have purchased the mega pack computer science course and only paper 1 is showing on the app rest paper 2 is not visible. no one is doing anything.
