everything is fine except the user interface. it's horrible; choosing specific batches to enroll, customising notifications for a specific batch (it sends too many notifications of which maximum is useless), to know if a class of a specific topic has been done or not I have to open that exact topic of that subject only then I can tell, on the topic chart it says how many classes will be done instead it could be how many of how many has been done. these things need to be improved.

I am sharing this because I genuinely don’t want other students to go through the same experience I had with CUET Adda. I purchased their CUET PG Commerce batch expecting it to be a proper, detailed course. However, after purchasing it, I found that the batch had only 36 videos and several subjects were completely missing. The content was not what I expected from a detailed course and it felt more like crash course. What disappointed me the most was that these things were not clearly mentioned

Dear Adda247 Support Team, I am writing to report a severe user experience issue in the Adda247 mobile app that is making it impossible to read articles and study materials. Every time I open a section or article within the app, a full-screen pop-up advertisement appears. Furthermore, pressing the device's back button does not dismiss or close the advertisement. The only workaround is to tap on the ad, let it open, navigate back, and then re-open the article from the beginning.
