Ratings and reviews

The app is very useful for mocks. Earlier it didn't caused any problem but now, whenever is submit the test, it just freeze and don't respond, the result is also not shown, no performance analysis and the test become unattempted. This is very annoying, what's the point of giving mock if I am not getting it's result and analysis.

There is something wrong with SBI mock tests. Whenever I click on 'submit' after completing the test, it gets stuck on the feedback screen, and then it freezes. I have encountered this issue as many as four times, and it is really annoying not being able to check the performance, let alone the analysis.

The experience of using the app was very bad because after opening the app, it takes 5 to 10 minutes to load and this problem occurs 2 to 3 times a week. When I message the help support, they just ask me to install it again and again. They say to clear the data of the app, the downloaded things also get deleted, I have contacted the support team many times, still the same problem occurs, no one helps....
