the idea of this app is great and initially everything was running smooth. Ever since I won enough credit to not have to pay my bill, the offers have been "glitching" and I'm not being rewarded for completing tasks. cust. sev. takes days to respond to you always requesting additional information that most times I provide in my initial email. I'll never understand how the app can track three completed task skip one and then go right back to tracking. still waiting cust. ser. now from days ago.

I absolutely love the new Ad It Up feature on the cricket app!!!! Since it started I've been able to save money on my bill by playing games and downloading apps I'll use. One month I was able to cover my whole $35 bill. This is the best idea a phone company has ever had, to help customers afford the ever rising costs!!! Plus cricket never raises my prices like most companies do!! I love cricket and Ad It Up!!!

Constantly having issues rewarding my points earned. The latest game has happened twice. Upon the last level where points weren't rewarded, support just tells me to stop playing game for awhile. Really, for how long? No response. Your app or the developers you work with are misleading. If you're not going to honor points you offer to get by playing games then stop offering and advertising for them. It's just downright fraud.
