The app is fine.. does what it says it will, to an extent. The base plan still uses VoIP numbers, same as the free service from Google, and those couldn't be used for my needs. I was unable to cancel through the app during the trial period so I ended up getting charged for something I can't use. If I get a refund I'll give them a better review, but until them I would recommend using a different service.

Functional but the app logs me out daily so no push notifications -- I have to log in (w/ password) and check. I use for contract work so I don't need it every day. If I did, this app wouldn't suffice. Texting works fine. Calls are ok, though there are issues answering incoming calls about half the time and occasionally outgoing calls won't connect. I've contacted customer support and they only advise that you reinstall the app, which I do every few weeks. UI not great, especially for the cost

Only had the subscription for a few months, now I can't login with my phone number.. no message gets sent, doesn't even seem to process even though it was working just fine recently. As other reviewers have said, it works great until it decides to just stop working. plus there's no work around. the web login just directs you back to an application that doesn't work or allow you to login. Quite frustrating, don't waste your coins until developers get serious about the foundational functionality.
