Well, like others that have tried the app, I did love it. Worked well, liked the features, reasonable cost. But has very sadly dropped to 2 stars, and maybe should be 1. Simply because of how customer service treated me. I changed phones. Tried to open the app on the new phone and my account was locked. Was shown a message to email customer service so the accounts could be merged. No problem. I emailed. Never any reply. Tried again. No reply. I don't appreciate paying for apps I can't use.

Stopped working (as in booted me out of my account and wouldn't let me log back in) a full 24 hours before my free trial was up. Right in the middle of a text conversation, naturally, which meant I left the other party hanging with no way to contact them (didn't have the # memorized), and I couldn't even get it to let me pay for the subscription in advance to get it started back up. At least it happened early enough that I can cancel my subscription before it bills me.

Like many of the others, buggy app, logs me out and then doesn't log me back in. Had to reach out to customer service last time, for the second time, and got zero response. I just deleted the app, then a day or so later downloaded it and tried to log back in, this time it worked lol. Never did hear from CS. Wish it were possible to remove the app based on the negative feedback, at least until the same issues that customers seen to have have, get fixed. Skip this app. others are free, a bonus!
