I am very disappointed ADIB. The last time I could use this app properly was one year ago. Now, it either refuses to load the login screen, or it refuses to log into the system. It is a shame, because I have used this app for 4 years without problems. What happened? :-(
App won't load after numerous attempts, I have given up. Need to sort this problem. Despite complains and bad reviews from customers, the issue is overlooked and again today after 3 months since writing first comment there is no update from the bank. Bizarre and pathetic
why the IT DEP is silent of repairing the bug although a lot off complaints by the users?!! still not solved so far.. very bad follow up
Pathetic app. Since last month July 2017 i am not able to use this app properly. I doesn't sign in... Keeps on loading..
The latest update said it fixed minor bug fixes, but the question are which one? Because the new update kept making an error where it would not let me make transactions of transferring money within my ADIB accounts. I could not even pay most utilities such as transfer to my Etihad guest walletplus which your company is partnered with and should be a default addition in utilities like in ADIB Online. I only keep this app to monitor payments in my ADIB accounts. Other than that, I find this useless to do anything and resort to your web (ADIB Online) rather.
It's a farce that this app is a complete scrap. The ADIB authority does not care much about this mobile banking or its security. Why so many failed logins? I don't understand what the technical team does at ADIB.
