Right, so it took more than a year to update the app but still it won't let you log in what the hell is wrong with ADIB. I have given up. ADIB Needs to sort this problem asap. Despite complains and bad reviews from customers, the issue is overlooked and again today after a year the recent update failed to address the issue which is poor customer services on behalf of ADIB.
Still after the update I cannot withdraw cash using the app "Mobile to ATM". I am using a Sony Xperia Z5 with Android 7 installed. Could you please fix the issue. I tried to reinstall the app.
TO ALL THOSE WHO HAVE THE APP NOT RUNNING WELL, IT RUNS OK UNDER SOME ANDROID VERSIONS. On Kitkat, it shows this loading screen many users are complaining about, whereas on Lollipop and Marshmallow, its running stable. TRY UPGRADING YOUR OS IF THE APPLICATION FAILS TO RUN PROPERLY.
Nov 6th, 2017: I was very excited when I got the update for this app (finally!) after all this time. But for me the app still doesn't work properly. I don't get it, why can't I even get to the login screen? It remains forever in the loading mode.
Why this is application has another duplicated one in Google Play store!
Good app. Helps alot. But Needs to update info and allow paying bills with credit card.
