Incredibly frustrating. App doesn't sync with favorites from the web, so if you're using a browser on your PC and then want to use the app... not in sync, nothing shows up. That's just poor development work. Second, gift cards are a disaster. They really need to change their processor - doesn't matter how many credit or debit cards I try to use to make a purchase everyone sees the transaction as fraudulent and declines the purchase. Use a reputable company, you're losing business.

Shoes are 50/50. Doesn't seem to be much in-between. All other products are almost always great. My continued issue with this app is things like returns, customer service, logistics, and most of all when they send a defected product. A pair of shoes I just ordered looked and felt amazing, but the tongue was completely falling apart. Returns doesn't have a defective/damaged/other option. Just options that make it seem like the buyer made a mistake. The 3 week wait for a refund is also ridiculous

Everything about the app is good and simple to use, but the main issue in this is the problem with the memorization of logging in. Everytime I leave the app and come back after a while, it logs me out without me knowing until I realize some features are missing and it's the most annoying thing yet... Also when it comes to going to the return & refund page, all I get is a blank page no matter how much I refresh.
