I have placed an order on the app over a week ago I have constantly had to contact chat who have offered very little to no help. Despite being told they should have been here last week still received nothing. This is not what I would expect from a large company like adidas. By only having support by chat is useless if there's an issue. My experience with glitch has not been a good one and yet I'm still waiting
