Love the HRM and stride sensor connectivity features but needs smartwatch support Very intuitive, minimalistic UI that gets down to the point (and great free coaching features). The only thing stopping me from using this app as my daily tracker for marathon training is the lack of Android smartwatch support which nearly all other apps of this kind have. I strap my phone to an armband and I don't wanna touch it at all during my runs (too distracting ) but still wanna be able to track my HR, pace and distance for example during my runs in my smartwatch.
Solid app, could use some tweaks Love the training plans and the customized HR integration is second to none, but some quality of life improvements like direct export to Strava/Smashrun/etc would be great. Instead I have to sync to the web, then download/upload from there. Better than nothing, but could be better. Overall the goods outweigh the bads by quite a bit, and the workarounds are there for those of us who want them.
Rescheduling/restoring of strength and flex, and Total weight lifted Brilliant app. Been using it for a while now, quite effective. One thing surprised me though, as it keeps track of the total km ran throughout lifetime, why doesn't it keep track of the total weight lifted throughout lifetime ? That would be nice to know as a user. Also, there should be option for rescheduling/restoring of strength and flex programs. Other than that, top marks !
Just not up to par Used it for years, accurate GPS and some nice features. Asked for an auto pause years ago and was told it would be a good option to add, but never saw it. Then it kept crashing during a run, so I stopped using it. Using Mapmyrun and Strava now.
A great routine The best app for a free long-term exercise plan. Cardio pace or heart rate zones. Complete strength routines with a full gym or body weight. Current iteration has some freezing issues on my Galaxy Note 5.
A Delight For A Rural Kenya Run Completely blown away by this app. It maps very accurately and that's a big plus for running in the deep interiors of rural Kenya. The voice coach to help you pace in train and the charts that it pulls after are a great add. However the distance calculator and the GPS get a little jumbled if you make a quick turn and run back the way you came. All in all a brilliant app in design and features and being very user friendly. Well done adidas!!!
