Good app but... Been using this app for years, and been using my polar blu tooth hr monitor with it but now all of a sudden it won't work with it any more. constantly dropping out and won't even recognize, very annoying and is adidas forcing you to buy their products......
Awesome training app I'm using this app to move from 10k to full marathon. It has really good training plans based on your goals, and you can easily move the odd workout if it clashes with your schedule. My one issue is that the gps keeps cutting out, but I think that's more the fact that I run around skyscrapers than the app.
Used this app to train for a half marathon and loved using it. I started using it 10 weeks ago to train for a full marathon. And with two weeks left till my marathon the latest update to this app has messed me up. The most recent update has removed the target training zones while running and no longer shows how much time is left. Instead it shows how long you've been running. I don't need the reminder I just need to know when I'll be done. Please add these features back. Update 11/30/16 After playing with it for a few days the update isn't as bad as I initially thought. I still would like for the counter to count down instead of up but it's not a deal breaker. I am back to 4 stars for this app. :-)
Nice GPS tracking for jogging. Been using this for several years, GPS tracking is solid and helps me track improvements over time. Could probably use a visual redesign and a look at some of the features: it looks like there's a lot of depth but most of it I honestly never use. Greater simplicity might get me and others exploring some other features. Update 11/16: New features and visual polish make this the best app it's ever been. My only complaint is the new pause action (swipe anywhere) makes it very easy to accidentally pause a run!
Core functionality getting worse - needs focus on quality Dec-2016 update:. Big picture, I want to concentrate on my workouts, not the app. Please focus on quality. 1). Minutes, not seconds, of spinning or syncing when saving workout. Impractical to review workout during cool down. Same going to "me" section. 2). Bad #s. Past 7 day metrics say 30-40+ workouts. I'm a 1/day guy... 3). Not the biggest issue, but speaks to decline in quality: workout name says "Friday *night* run" but recorded workout time is 06:05 (morning). gps has improved.
A great routine The best app for a free long-term exercise plan. Cardio coaching by pace or heart rate zones. Complete strength routines with a full gym or body weight.
