It seems you have manipulated this app a lot. Since you have set a target of 13 active days for 30% health return, hence after 12 active days your application stops syncing with 'Google Fit', so that 13 active days cannot be achieved in any way. On pressing the sync option, the same note is displayed again and again, that no device is connected! Please click 'contact device' at the top to get started and then sync!

Very bad customer service. Confirmed appointment, technician doesn't come for collection saying too much of work load, then they cancel it themselves but don't refund immediately and are asking to wait for 2 days for refund and then to rebook the sample collection. Our doctor appointment has to be cancelled since we can't show the reports. Pathetic service. No consideration of customer issues.

it is so slow that it doesn't even open after entering the otp inspite of trying for min 100 times. it floods with whatsapp messages for face scan. I have the live recording of my login process to the customer service as well, they say it works for others. bro I came here to solve my problem not to your accomplishments with other people. it is frustrating and it is a big scam
