App's basically useless in my area. It's been like that for a while now. No matter how I try to book (including what amounts to offering a 100% tip compared to normal taxi rates).

Drivers do not use app, delivery times can not be change this app is joke. Developers are lying, you can not schedule anything. Drivers do not care about schedule. Worst service ever

Good app for booking taxis, but missing some useful features. You can't specify multiple stops, you can't specify how many people are riding. Also very restrictive is you can't mix special requests, for example travel with big luggage and a small pet, which is more important to tell the driver? You may get a driver who allows pets but can't fit your luggage, or the other way around. Still, it's a pretty good option for Brno.
