Generate rent receipts (quittances de loyer) for free — up to 20/month, no card: a compliant PDF in seconds, ready to send to your tenant and to keep in the encrypted vault.

LONG-TERM DOCUMENTS
Furnished/unfurnished/flatshare leases, rent receipt (art. 21), move-in/move-out inventory (état des lieux) + furniture inventory, service-charge reconciliation, IRL rent review, lease amendment, joint guarantee (caution solidaire), management mandate, formal notice for unpaid rent, payment certificate, deposit return, key handover, tenant and landlord notice letters.
SHORT-TERM — FURNISHED TOURIST RENTAL
Seasonal rental contract + property description, inventory + key handover, per-property profile (registration number, primary residence, 90/120-night caps, change of use, tourist tax), stay log + guest invoices, micro-BIC classified 50% / unclassified 30%, réel BIC, LMNP.
Documents in French (the legally binding language) + English reference version.
COMPLIANCE, MAINTENANCE & ALERTS
Per-property compliance score: what's done, due or missing. DPE-based letting bans (G 2025, F 2028, E 2034), SIRET/LMNP, short-term registration & tourist tax. Deadlines: chimney sweeping, boiler, heat pump/AC, gas and electricity diagnostics, DPE, septic tank — with email reminders. Alerts: lease expiry (D-90/60/30/7), IRL, landlord insurance (PNO).
TENANT MANAGEMENT (long-term)
Tenant space (messaging + vault), payment tracking, late-rent alerts, structured requests. Tenant space included in the membership or activated for one property (in-app purchase); changing tenants is free.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE (eIDAS)
Simple electronic signature (EU Regulation 910/2014, art. 25.1): leases, inventories, amendments, guarantees, seasonal contracts.
TAX MODULE
Regime detection (micro-foncier, réel, micro-BIC, réel BIC, LMNP), social-levy estimates (17.2% / 18.6%), pointers for forms 2042 / 2044 / 2042-C-PRO / 2031 / 2072 (SCI), income and deductible-expense summary.
