Definitely a 5* review from my side. There was a small issue in the ecosystem (not on the app itself, but with one of the partners - a mall on-boarded to the ecosystem), and the customer-care team not only replied within a few minutes, but they also refunded the mistake, as well as guided me through a temporary workaround while the partner builds a fixed, all while the mistake was not on their infrastructure. Great work, thanks team admyt.

While the concept is great, there are a few issues: Certain places almost never work, like Sandton City. Limitations, like only 3 cars. I don't see the point of that at all. I can't even add all the cars I need to. Billing. Can add one card. If anything goes wrong, stops working. To top up on prepaid, can only do via EFT, why?? Too many emails and notifications. The app is NOT an app. It has ZERO features over the website & is just an identical copy of the site. Pointless. Not even a Settings...

Love this app and the service it delivers. I love how the boom just lifts on entrance and exit so quickly without having to search for and insert a ticket. Its so easy to top up my wallet and add up to 3 number plates. Customer service responds very quickly by email and was always there to help me when I first started using the app as I am a middle aged and not that great with technology. I wish Admyt was at more car parks. Thanks Abby and Sam for helping me out recently.
